Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers annapmustudio.com only.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address and message. The form is handled by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to Anna privately by email.
• Booking. Appointments are booked through Jane App. Anything you share when booking, including intake or health forms, is collected and stored by Jane App under its own privacy policy, not on this website.
• Instagram. Links to @annapmustudio open Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
• Map. Some pages show a Google Map of the studio. When the map loads, Google may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
• Your browser. The site saves one small setting in your browser so the welcome offer only appears once per visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our host keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Messages sent through the contact form are stored by Netlify, which may process data outside Canada. We keep messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our conversation with you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send a request through the contact page or a DM on Instagram and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
